RCF&P Welcomes Falan A. Morrocco as an associate
Falan’s practice primarily includes banking, finance and corporate transactional matters. Her clients include various lenders, businesses, and individuals. Falan originates commercial lending facilities of various sizes and types, including mortgage loans and lines of credit, unsecured, and asset secured loans. She conducts due diligence review, and advises commercial lenders in all aspects of the financing process, as well as workouts and creditor’s rights, forbearance arrangements, and loan modifications. Falan also provides general outside counsel representation of closely held businesses for general business matters including formation, dissolution and asset sales.
Additionally, she is a lobbyist and represents corporations and trade associations before the Rhode Island General Assembly.
Prior to joining the firm, Falan served for 13+ years in financial services at a national financial institution focusing on consumer and commercial banking and finance, corporate risk management and compliance.
