Andrew N. Walsh

Andrew represents financial institutions and business clients in commercial lending and corporate matters. He supports clients through all phases of transactions, from due diligence review to preparing loan documents and related agreements. His work is marked by precision, clear drafting, and the ability to navigate multifaceted business issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of the General Counsel. There, he conducted independent legal research and contributed to regulatory projects that informed agency decisions. He also collaborated on grant-funded research at the University of Rhode Island where he examined international and domestic marine governance, as well as local property, zoning, and land-use planning frameworks. This work involved analyzing overlapping statutory and regulatory schemes and strengthened his ability to distill complex legal structures, assess their practical implications, and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
