While Carleigh specializes in commercial lending, her diverse skill set allows enables her to handle a wide range of legal matters in the business and corporate law sectors. Most recently, Carleigh has dedicated significant time to advising clients on compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), specifically assisting with FinCEN filings. Her growing knowledge of the CTA and its reporting requirements has enabled businesses to stay compliant with federal regulations on beneficial ownership disclosures.

Outside of corporate law, Carleigh has also has a deep appreciation and understanding of admiralty and environmental law, which often provides valuable insight into the intricacies of certain nuanced transactions.
