Marco is a former shareholder and presently serves as Of Counsel to the firm providing 30 years of experience in the areas of transportation, corporate/business, transactional, litigation, regulatory compliance, and commercial real estate law. During this time, he has been involved extensively in the transportation industry representing clients in all types of state, federal, and international legal matters and issues. He has represented motor carriers, forwarders, brokers, and agents in the household goods, general freight, and logistics industries. His experience includes a combined 26 years as outside general counsel and inhouse chief legal officer to a national household goods van line/international forwarder group based in the United States with affiliates in Europe, Asia, Middle East, Canada, and elsewhere, serving customers in the commercial, DOD, GSA, and consumer markets. He severed several terms as vicechair and chairman of the Legal Advisory Council of the American Moving and Storage Association representing and advocating for the interests of its members. He has a broad background in contracts, M&A, commercial insurance law, regulatory compliance, and complex litigation management.
