Michael’s practice primarily includes banking, finance and corporate transactional matters. He represents various lenders, businesses, and individuals in a wide-range of sophisticated commercial transactions including asset-based and real estate loans.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law.  As a law student, he made the Dean’s List from 2016-2019; received Jurisprudence Awards in the study of Civil Procedure and Contracts; received the Best Brief Award in the study of Legal Practice Skills; and was a member of the Suffolk University Law Review from 2018-2019.
