About Our Firm

Overview
Founded in 1971, Roberts, Carroll, Feldstein & Peirce, Inc., is a mid-sized, full service, general practice law firm located in Providence, Rhode Island. Our continued success and growth from one generation to the next is rooted in the philosophy of providing the highest level of service through a cost-effective, client-centered approach. We will work hard to exceed your expectations and earn your long-term loyalty by offering practical legal solutions with proven business acumen.

RCFP is the successor firm to the law practice established in 1959 by the late Dennis J. Roberts (1903-1994), who was Mayor of the City of Providence for 10 years before serving as the 63rd Governor of the State of Rhode Island from 1951 through 1959.

The practice of law has changed since our firm’s founding. But what has changed is our longevity of partners and staff, our commitment to ongoing professional development, and our duty to represent clients well by advising them on their legal matters and pursuing justice on their behalf through the legal system.
